Whether you are looking to win or just complete an event we can help you. Each event comes with its own 14 week programme that will be perfectly adapted to ensure you are more prepared than you have ever been.
Your programme begins with an in depth endurance analysis pioneered by Lance Armstrong’s coach Chris Carmichael in order to ensure you are working in the optimum Heart rate range during every training session.
Using our biomechanical analysis system we will test and correct all muscle imbalances and strengthen your body as a whole, giving you an edge over 99% of other athletes not yet using this system.
